FOCAL POINT PRODUCTIONS is owned and operated by Ira Speir, a Director of Photography and Camera Operator with over 20 years of professional experience.
 
 
Ira began his career in the TV News business, working as a cameraman for WABC-TV in NYC.
Later in New York, he shot for a wide range of shows including "60 Minutes", "Entertainment Tonight", and HBO.
He then relocated to Los Angeles to specialize in the entertainment arena, providing production services to all major film studios including; Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, and The Weinstein Company.
 
Ira is currently available for local assignment in Los Angeles and Denver, Colorado.
